Registration & Access

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal minimum in your country) to use our Services. If you’re under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission.
• Account Information: When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You’re responsible for all activity under your account and must not share your login details.
• Security: If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hi@boundary0.com.

Your Use of Our Services

• Permitted Use: You’re allowed to use our Services as long as you comply with these Terms, applicable laws, and our policies.
• Prohibited Use: You may not use our Services for any illegal, harmful, abusive, or disruptive activities.
• Software Updates: Our Services may automatically update to provide you with the latest features and improvements.
• Feedback: We welcome feedback and may use it freely without compensation.
• Third-Party Services: Some features may include third-party tools or software governed by their own terms. We’re not responsible for those services.

Paid Accounts

• Billing: When purchasing a subscription, you must provide accurate billing details and a valid payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• Payment Processing: Payments are handled by Stripe, a third-party provider. By using our paid services, you agree to Stripe’s Terms and Privacy Policy. Boundary0 does not store your payment information directly.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via this link. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Price Changes: If we update our prices, we’ll notify you at least 30 days in advance. New prices take effect at your next billing cycle.

Termination & Suspension

• You can stop using our Services at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if:
  • Payments are overdue.
  • Your account has been inactive for over a year (free accounts only).
• You’ll be notified in advance before termination due to inactivity.
• If you believe your account was wrongly suspended or terminated, contact us at hi@boundary0.com.

Discontinuation of Services

We reserve the right to discontinue any part of our Services. If we do, we’ll provide advance notice and refund any prepaid, unused subscription fees.

Disclaimers

Our Services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied (including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability).
• We do not guarantee that our Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
• You are solely responsible for how you use any outputs or content from our Services.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Boundary0 and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Our total liability is capped at $100 or the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

If you are using our Services on behalf of a business or organization, you agree to indemnify and hold us (and our affiliates) harmless against claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Services or any breach of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

• Arbitration: Any disputes between you and Boundary0 will be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of creating your account or after arbitration terms are updated by filling out this form.
• Informal Process: Before filing a claim, both parties agree to try resolving disputes informally for 60 days.
• Rules: Arbitration will follow the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Learn more at adr.org.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you in advance and give you a chance to review them before they take effect.
